Flower Arrangements at the Office

I created this flower-pen arrangement for my office to brighten up my workspace. I used rasta colors for my flowers and found a great wooden mug from the Grand Bahamas so it has a bright, Carribean feel. The flowers are actually also pens! So this is a cute decoration and also a very functional piece of art!

Refurbished Dresser/ TV Stand

This is another piece from my great-grandmother's house. It had been in my grandmother's garage for 3 years. It was very dirty and had a lot of scratches. I first had to clean all the dirt and cobwebs off of the dresser. Then I sanded the whole thing, stained it and put on a coat of polyurethane so it would shine. I also lined the drawers and bought new drawer knobs because some of the originals were missing. I think it looks great!! What do you think?

Antique Dresser - Before and After

This antique dresser belonged to my great-grandmother and had been stored in my grandmother's garage for 5 years. I didn’t want the furniture to be destroyed while sitting out in the garage so I took it and fixed it up. I would love to help you get your old furniture looking great again!

This is one of my favorite project! My friend was moving and this piece came from an antique doctor's desk.. I decided to salvage it, as opposed to letting her throw it out. I made it into this awesome jewelry box! Check it out :)

Nautical Themed Items

It's summer time and we have some nautical themed items that will get you in the summer spirit! Below are some pictures of furniture that I have decorated to create a nautical theme. The dresser was a huge project, most of the drawers had to be fixed and I had to sand it and coat it with a protective layer of polyurethane. I got both pieces from a set at grandmothers house. I was really pleased with the outcome :)
